What we collect

When you book with Kneadly via WhatsApp, we collect your name, phone number, delivery address, and service preferences. We never collect payment card details — payment is settled directly with the therapist.

How we use it

Your information is used solely to fulfil your booking, assign a therapist, and follow up on service quality. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing.

Data retention

Booking records are retained for up to 24 months for service-quality and dispute-resolution purposes, after which they are anonymised or deleted.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing hello@thekneadly.com. We respond within 30 days.
