Bookings

All bookings are confirmed via WhatsApp. A booking is considered confirmed only after you receive the therapist's name, photo, and arrival time from Kneadly.

Cancellation

Cancellations made at least 2 hours before the scheduled session are free. Cancellations within 2 hours, or no-shows, may incur a ₹500 charge to cover therapist travel.

Conduct

All sessions are strictly therapeutic. Inappropriate behaviour by clients will result in immediate termination of the session, full charge, and permanent removal from our platform.

Payment

Payment is made directly to the therapist after the session via UPI, card, or cash. Prices are as listed and include all taxes and travel.

Liability

Kneadly carefully screens all therapists but acts as a marketplace. We are not liable for results that fall outside reasonable professional standards. Please consult a physician before booking if you have any medical condition.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
