How do I book a home massage?
Tap any "Book on WhatsApp" button on this website. Tell us which service you want, your full address and your preferred time. We confirm your booking and share your therapist's name, photo and arrival time within minutes. We are available every day from 8AM to 11PM across 18 Indian cities.
Are your therapists verified?
Yes. Every therapist on our platform goes through a 4-step process before their first session: government ID verification, certification check, background screening and an in-person skill assessment. We only work with therapists who have a minimum of 3 years of professional experience. Re-screening happens every 6 months.
What do I need to arrange at home?
Nothing. Your therapist arrives with everything: a portable massage table, fresh disposable linens, premium oils and calming music. You just need to clear a roughly 6x4 ft space in any room. A bedroom, living room or large balcony all work well.
How long does a session take?
Sessions are 60 or 90 minutes of actual massage time. Setup takes around 10 minutes and pack-up takes another 10. Total time from therapist arrival to departure is around 80 to 90 minutes for a 60-minute session.
How do I pay?
You pay the therapist directly after the session ends, by UPI, card or cash, whichever is convenient. There is no advance payment and no booking fee. The price you see on the website is exactly what you pay.
Can I choose a male or female therapist?
Yes. Just mention your preference when you message us on WhatsApp at the time of booking. We have both male and female therapists available across all 18 cities.
What is the cancellation policy?
No cancellation fee if you cancel at least 2 hours before your session. Just message us on WhatsApp. We will reschedule to any available slot at no extra charge.
Which cities do you serve?
We currently serve 18 Indian cities: Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Pune, Kolkata, Ahmedabad, Jaipur, Surat, Lucknow, Chandigarh, Kochi, Nagpur, Indore, Bhopal, Visakhapatnam and Coimbatore.
Are same-day bookings available?
Yes. Same-day bookings are available across all 18 cities from 8AM to 11PM. For evening slots we recommend booking at least 2 hours in advance.
What if I am not satisfied with my session?
Message us on WhatsApp immediately after the session. We take every complaint seriously and will make it right: either a partial refund or a replacement session depending on the situation.
Is home massage safe?
Yes. Every Kneadly therapist is ID-verified, certified and background-screened. You receive your therapist's name and photo before they arrive. We have a strict code of professional conduct and any complaint is investigated immediately.
Do you offer corporate or group bookings?
Yes. We handle corporate wellness sessions and group bookings. Message us on WhatsApp with your requirements and we will put together a plan.
