Tap any "Book on WhatsApp" button on this page. Tell us which service you want, your full address and a time that works for you. We're available every day from 8AM to 11PM, and same-day bookings are welcome. Most customers get a confirmation within 5 minutes.
We confirm a verified therapist
Within minutes we send you your therapist's name, photo and confirmed arrival time on WhatsApp. Every therapist on our platform is ID-verified, holds a recognised massage therapy certification and has at least 3 years of hands-on experience. We run background checks before onboarding and re-screen regularly.
Relax, we set up everything
Your therapist arrives with a portable massage table, fresh disposable linens, premium cold-pressed oils and calming music. Before the session starts, they check in with you: pressure preference, areas to focus on, areas to avoid. Clear a 6x4 ft space anywhere at home. After the session, pay directly by UPI, card or cash. No advance payment, no hidden charges.
What to expect on the day
Your therapist will arrive within the confirmed time window, usually within 15 minutes either side. They will message you when they are on the way.
Setup takes about 10 minutes. They lay out the massage table, arrange the linens, set up the oils and put on calming music. You don't need to do anything except pick which room you want the session in.
The session itself is fully customised. Your therapist will ask about pressure preference and any areas they should focus on or avoid. First-time customers often ask for medium pressure. You can always ask to go deeper or lighter during the session.
After the session your therapist packs up everything and leaves the space clean. The whole process from arrival to departure is typically 90 minutes for a 60-minute session. You pay after they finish, by UPI, card or cash.

Every therapist who joins Kneadly goes through a 4-step process before their first session:

Government-issued ID checked and recorded.

Recognised massage therapy certificate confirmed.
Experience check
Minimum 3 years of hands-on practice required.
Background screening
Re-screened every 6 months.
You will always receive your therapist's name and photo before they arrive. If you ever feel uncomfortable for any reason, message us immediately on WhatsApp.
Questions about how it works
How do I know when my therapist is arriving?
We send your therapist's name, photo and arrival time on WhatsApp as soon as the booking is confirmed. Your therapist will also message you when they are on the way.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
Just message us on WhatsApp. No cancellation fee if you cancel at least 2 hours before the session. We will reschedule to any available slot at no extra charge.
What if I am not happy with the session?
Message us on WhatsApp immediately. We take quality seriously and will make it right: either a partial refund or a replacement session depending on the situation.
Can I request the same therapist again?
Yes. Just mention the therapist's name when you book your next session and we will do our best to assign the same person.
How much space do I need at home?
A clear 6x4 ft space is enough for the massage table. Any room works: bedroom, living room or even a large balcony. Just make sure the space is reasonably private and comfortable for you.
